How do I make a reservation at a specific Villa?

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

To reserve your property (and prevent anyone else booking it for the same dates) we ask you to pay a 30% deposit Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, except where the property is unavailable (in which case we’ll refund you in full)

When is the full amount due?

The final amount must be received 8 weeks prior to your arrival date otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-let the property. 

What time is check in/check out ?

*Check in is from 15:00

*Check out is by 10:00

*Early Check in & Late Check out at extra charge of 150€,subject to last minute availability

What is the required length of stay?

Minimum stay is 5 nights

What is the changeover day?

Changeover day is flexible

What is the cancellation policy?

Your cancellation or alteration request must be made in writing and will only be effective when received by us. Cancellation policy is as below:

Up to 57 days prior to arrival: 70% refund of total booking price

56-29 days prior to arrival: 40% refund of total booking price

28 – 0 days prior to arrival: 0% refund of total booking price

How often my Villa get cleaned?

The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period, before your arrival. General maid service is normally provided every three (3) days and linen/towel change are also provided every three (3) days, unless agreed differently at the time of booking.

Do I need to hire a car?

Car hire is recommended

Are Pets allowed in the Villas?

Pets are not allowed in the Villas

Because we would like to ensure all of our guests comforts parties are not allowed in the Villas.
